Yamaha Mixer Console

noise from my yamaha usb mixing studio when i record 10PTS?

i just got a 16 channel mixing studio for home recording i dont know why hiss comes along with the vocals when i record. i have actually achieved a high recording quality from this mixer but cant remember how i achieved this settings. im using a phantom powered condenser mic. how do i set this console to remove hiss and achieve high quality vocals. thank you

It seems that a lot of users of yamaha usb mixing studio are experiencing the same problem. If it cannot be solved, just put your recorded tracks onto garage band instead, it’s vocals don’t mess up in the backround that way.
