BAKED TOMATOES
INGREDIENTS: For 3 people, you need 4 or 5 tomatoes, pepper and salt to taste, a knob of butter and some bread crumbs (from a packet is fine, if you don’t have any fresh).
Method: Slice the tomatoes (removing any stalks) and put them in a deep baking dish. Season with the salt and pepper and dot them with most of the butter.
